End-User License Agreement

These terms apply to Bolt Tools, a private, internal application of Bolt Lighting Rental Inc. ("Bolt Lighting"). It is made available only to Bolt Lighting employees and authorized staff.

Use

You may use Bolt Tools only on behalf of Bolt Lighting and only to process Bolt Lighting's own bills and vendor records. You must sign in with your own Slack account, keep access private, and review each bill before approving it, because approving a bill creates a record in Bolt Lighting's QuickBooks and RentalWorks accounts.

QuickBooks access

By connecting QuickBooks Online you authorize Bolt Tools to read accounts and vendors and to create bills and attachments in the connected company, and to rename vendors when an authorized user applies a rename. Access can be withdrawn at any time by disconnecting in the application or in QuickBooks.

No warranty

The application is provided as an internal tool, as is, without warranties of any kind. Information read from invoices is a suggestion that must be checked by a person before it is approved. Bolt Lighting is responsible for the accuracy of the records it approves.

Work text messages (SMS terms)

Program name: Bolt Lighting Rental Work Texts. Bolt Lighting Rental Inc. sends work-shift text messages (for example, "Can you come in to work tomorrow 8:30 AM-5 PM?") to employees and day players who have agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving texts, reply STOP; for help, reply HELP or email rentals@boltlightingrental.com. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any job. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. See the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
